Authentication
TruckMint uses email and password authentication for account access.
Email verification is required during account creation.
This information is used solely for account authentication and security purposes.
TruckMint is a transport management platform that provides business insights based solely on information entered by users.
We do not independently track, monitor, verify, or audit your business activities.
All analytics, reports, summaries, profit/loss calculations, and operational insights are generated only from information voluntarily entered by users.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Upon verified account deletion, all associated data is permanently erased within 30 days.

TruckMint is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

⏱ Processing Time: All verified deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Upon completion, your account, profile, trip records, expense data, uploaded documents, and all associated personal information will be permanently and irreversibly erased from our servers.
